Born and raised in the north of Munich I started to work for one of the largest Financial Service Providers worldwide where I spent the last 17 years of my career working in a global environment.
Besides experiences in IT and communications I work in the global Human Resources department since over 10 years and spend my time supporting employees in developing their skills and careers.
My faszination and curiosity about the stories that influence our lives and career paths, the interactions and decision that move us lead me to the decision to study Business Psychology and get trained as coach.
Since 2021 I am a certified Systemic Business Coach (certified by dvct and Münchner Akademie für Business Coaching) and Mentorcoach at the Münchner Akademie für Business Coaching. I am able to live my passion by combining my coaching business with my continued work in international HR.
