What is systemic coaching?
Systemic Coaching implies that already small changes can make big differences. The focus of the coaching is on the positive and forward looking aspects and ones whole relevant system will be incorporated e.g. who has stakes, who plays a role, who gets influenced by my decisions. This enables you to create and work on coherent solutions that can be easily put into practice.
What is coaching not?
Coaching is not consultancy. This means that as your coach I will not provide you with any recommendations, because you are the expert for your topic and no one can better judge than you what works and what not. You know the players involved, you know your wishes and goals the best and therefor what works for others might not work for you. Because of this coaching is a highly individual solution finding process that gets fully customized to you and your topic.

For me Coaching is a creative thought process between my client and me. In this process you are the expert for your topic and I am supporting you in getting closer to your goal as fast as possible by asking unusual questions or offering new perspectives.
